We send every order with Royal Mail, using either Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, whichever you choose at checkout. Tracked 24 is aimed at next-working-day arrival after dispatch, and Tracked 48 within two working days. Both include tracking, so you can follow your parcel the whole way. Order before our daily cut-off and we'll dispatch the same day; after that, it goes out the following working day.

Yes. We serve Freemasons right across the UK through the online shop, wherever your Lodge or home is.

Yes. If you'd rather collect in person, choose that option when you order, or just let us know, and we'll arrange a time that suits you.

No. A single collar or a full set of Lodge regalia gets the same care either way — there's no minimum spend.

Yes. Once your order leaves us, we'll email your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

We provide size guides for aprons, collars, gloves, and everything else we stock, so you can measure up properly before ordering rather than guess. Our standard aprons cover waist sizes up to 44 inches. Above that, you'll need an extension belt, which we're happy to supply alongside your apron. If you need a longer length than standard — taller Brothers often do — contact us directly and we'll get the fit right for you.

All of them. Whether you've recently been initiated or hold Lodge office, whatever your rank, we should have what you need.

Gloves can be personalised with your Lodge number. We don't currently offer personalisation with names or dates across the rest of the range, but if there's something particular you have in mind, get in touch and we'll talk it through.

Send it back to us unworn and in its original packaging, and we'll sort out the right size or a refund, whichever suits you.

Contact our customer service team with some photos of the item and the packaging as soon as you notice it. That's all we need to put things right quickly.

Yes. Return the original to us at your own cost, unworn and in its original packaging, and once it arrives we'll send your replacement out.
